Google review automation

Finish the job. Send the review request.

KEDO automates Google review requests after completed work, so asking for feedback does not depend on someone remembering at the end of a busy day.

Included in the KEDO Front Desk workflow. Keep your existing Google Business Profile.

Automatic review requests

From completed job to Google review link.

  1. 01

    Mark the work complete.

Use the completion action in your KEDO notification to start the review workflow after the job.

  2. 02

    Send the review request.

The customer receives a request linked to your Google review flow. They choose whether to leave feedback and what to say.

  3. 03

    Handle the follow-up.

If the job is not marked complete, KEDO follows up after the agreed period. Requests that would arrive too late wait until the following morning.

Review automation FAQ

Know what gets automated.

What is Google review automation?

Google review automation connects a completed job or visit to a review-request workflow. KEDO sends the request through your Google review flow and handles the agreed follow-up timing.

Does KEDO write or post reviews for customers?

No. KEDO automates the request. The customer decides whether to leave a review and writes it in their own words.

Is this separate from the AI receptionist?

It is part of the KEDO Front Desk workflow: answering, booking, job completion and review requests. The current system price is shown on the pricing page; a separate review-only price is not advertised.

What if nobody marks the job complete?

KEDO follows up after the agreed period. If a request would arrive too late to message the customer, it waits until the following morning.

Will every request produce a review?

No. The customer chooses whether to respond. Automating the request makes the process consistent; it does not guarantee a review, a rating or a Google ranking.
