Will this replace my receptionist?
No, and it does not have to. KEDO covers the calls your desk cannot get to: evenings, weekends, lunch, and the times when two lines ring at once. Your receptionist keeps the walk-ins and the relationships. KEDO just makes sure nothing rings out while the line is already busy.

What happens if it does not understand the caller?
KEDO asks a clear question, and if the answer does not make sense, it asks again, the way a person would. If a call ever falls outside what it can handle, it captures the caller's details so your team can call back. You are never left with a dropped call and no information.

What happens after hours, and what if I forget to mark a job complete?
After hours, KEDO answers anyway, so a 9:47 PM call becomes tomorrow's job instead of a voicemail. With Growth, if nobody marks a job complete, KEDO follows up automatically after the set period. If the request would land too late to message the customer, it waits and sends the following morning. Finished jobs do not slip through just because it was a busy day.
